Who We Are

Principle HR is a firm that focuses on making businesses stronger through customized human capital management practices.  There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to your culture and your people.  We design, plan, and implement solutions to meet the needs of mid-sized organizations, all led by the principle of "What is best for the Client?".

Our History

Principle HR LLC was founded by Steve Freeman after many years in leadership positions with large companies such as General Electric, NCR, and Cardinal Health.  He started his first consulting business in 2002 and has led HR consulting practices continuously since that time. 
Our full-time dedicated team of professionals includes Steve Freeman, Lydia Freeman,  Victoria Eppeland, and Kimberly Sanders.  Our clients benefit from our collaborative and constructive approach to solving problems and proactively strengthening our clients' businesses.
